Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a claw pole stepping motor with a sensor in which the rotation angle of a rotor can be detected by using a part of a rotor magnet without compromising the performance, and high location accuracy can be ensured even when a coil is energized.SOLUTION: A stator unit 6 is constituted of a first stator 31 and a second stator 32 arranged in the axial direction, and a sensor attachment part 33 provided between both stators 31, 32. A first magnetic flux detection sensor 121 and a second magnetic flux detection sensor 122 for detecting the rotation angle of a rotor 7 by detecting the magnetic flux from the rotor 7 are provided in the sensor attachment part 33, and both magnetic flux detection sensors 121, 122 are arranged while being sandwiched between adjacent first stator 31 and second stator 32. Each magnetic flux detection sensor 121, 122 is configured to face the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 7 arranged on the inside of the sensor attachment part 33. 【課題】モーター性能を落とすことなくローター磁石の一部を使ってローターの回転角を検出でき、コイル通電時にも高い位置精度を確保できるセンサ付きクローポール型のステップモータを提供する。【解決手段】ステータユニット6を、軸方向に配置された第一ステータ31及び第二ステータ32と、両ステータ31,32間に設けられたセンサ取付部33とで構成する。センサ取付部33にローター7からの磁束を検出してローター7の回転角を検出する為の第一磁束検出センサ121と第二磁束検出センサ122を設け、両磁束検出センサ121,122を、隣接する第一ステータ31と第二ステータ32間にサンドイッチ式に挟まれた状態で配置する。各磁束検出センサ121,122を、センサ取付部33の内側に配置されるローター7の外周面に対向するように構成する。【選択図】図2
