PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately process a response in a system which performs transmission substitution of an SMS message.SOLUTION: An SMS message transmission substitution device: transmits an SMS message using one transmission source telephone number on the basis of requests of a plurality of transmission clients; records the transmission source telephone number corresponding to the SMS message to be transmitted and information for specifying a transmission destination telephone number and a transmission client; searches for information for specifying the transmission client to be a response source of an SMS message on the basis of the transmission source telephone number of the received SMS message and the transmission source telephone number being a reception telephone number of the received SMS message, when the SMS message is received; and conveys content of the received SMS message by using the email address which corresponds to the information for specifying the transmission client, when one transmission client corresponding to the response source SMS message can be specified. 【課題】ＳＭＳメッセージの送信代行を行うシステムにおいて、返信を適切に処理する。【解決手段】実施形態のＳＭＳメッセージ送信代行装置は、複数の送信依頼者の依頼に基づきＳＭＳメッセージを一つの送信元電話番号を用いて送信し、送信するＳＭＳメッセージに対応する送信元電話番号、送信先電話番号及び送信依頼者を特定する情報を記録し、ＳＭＳメッセージを受信したときに、受信したＳＭＳメッセージの送信元電話番号と受信したＳＭＳメッセージの受信電話番号である送信元電話番号とから、そのＳＭＳメッセージの返信元となる送信依頼者を特定する情報を検索し、返信元ＳＭＳメッセージに対応する送信依頼者を一つに特定出来た場合に、送信依頼者を特定する情報に対応するメールアドレスを用いて受信したＳＭＳメッセージの内容を伝える。【選択図】図２
