Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image analyzer and a program capable of extracting a fiber region from a polishing section image of a CMC and easily calculating a fiber volume fraction.SOLUTION: An image analyzer for analyzing a polishing section image of a fiber-reinforced composite, includes: an input section to which a polishing section image is input; an initialization processing unit extracting a calculation region from the input polishing section image; an edge search processing unit searching a profile of a fiber contained in the extracted calculation region; and a fiber region determination processing unit estimating a center and a radius of the fiber on the basis of an energy function using the fact that the searched profile of the fiber is a circle, and determining an internal region of the circle formed by the estimated center and radius of the fiber as a fiber region.
【課題】CMCの研磨断面画像から繊維領域を抽出して繊維体積率を容易に算出し得る画像解析装置及びプログラムを提案する。【解決手段】繊維強化複合材料の研磨断面画像を解析する画像解析装置において、研磨断面画像を入力する入力部と、入力した研磨断面画像から計算領域を抽出する初期化処理部と、抽出した計算領域に含まれる繊維の輪郭を探索するエッジ探索処理部と、探索した繊維の輪郭が円形であることを利用したエネルギ関数に基づいて、繊維の中心及び半径を推定するとともに推定した繊維の中心及び半径により形成される円の内部の領域を繊維領域として決定する繊維領域決定処理部とを備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図10 |
