Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably synthesizing a glycidyl (meth)acrylate with high yield and good productivity.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for continuously producing a glycidyl (meth)acrylate by reacting an alkali metal salt of a (meth)acrylic acid and epichlorohydrin in the presence of a catalyst and a polymerization inhibitor. The conversion ratio based on the alkali metal salt of a (meth)acrylic acid is maintained at 50% or more.
【課題】高収率で生産性の良い、安定合成可能なグリシジル(メタ)アクリレートの製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】触媒及び重合防止剤の存在下に、(メタ)アクリル酸アルカリ金属塩とエピクロロヒドリンとを反応させることによりグリシジル(メタ)アクリレートを製造する方法において、(メタ)アクリル酸アルカリ金属塩基準の転化率を50%以上に維持して連続的にグリシジル(メタ)アクリレート製造することを特徴とする方法。【選択図】なし |
