PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator maintenance-inspection device capable of improving workability during a maintenance-inspection time.SOLUTION: An elevator maintenance-inspection device comprises: a switching operation member; a display unit; and a control unit. The switching operation member is disposed in a car operation panel or in a landing operation panel. The switch operation member can switch between a normal mode and a work mode. The display unit is installed at a landing to provide a floor display. The control unit controls the display unit to change the floor display to an at-work display when the normal mode is changed to the work mode by the switching operation member. Furthermore, the control unit controls the display unit to change the at-work display to the floor display when the work mode is changed to the normal mode by the switching operation member. 【課題】従来技術においては、例えば、保守点検時の作業性向上の点でさらなる改善の余地がある。【解決手段】実施形態のエレベータ用保守点検装置は、切替操作部材と、表示装置と、制御装置とを備える。切替操作部材は、かご操作盤の内部、又は、乗場操作盤の内部に設けられる。切替操作部材は、エレベータの通常モードと作業モードとを切り替え可能である。表示装置は、乗場に設けられ、階床表示を行う。制御装置は、前記切替操作部材によって前記通常モードから前記作業モードに切り替えられた際に、前記表示装置を制御し前記階床表示から作業中表示に切り替える。また、制御装置は、前記切替操作部材によって前記作業モードから前記通常モードに切り替えられた際に、前記表示装置を制御し前記作業中表示から前記階床表示に切り替える。【選択図】図４
