PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator restoration support system which can quickly start work for restoration of elevator equipment.SOLUTION: An elevator restoration support system according to an embodiment includes: failure information transmission means which is installed in elevator equipment and transmits failure information of the elevator equipment; a server which receives the failure information of the elevator equipment from the failure information transmission means and analyzes it to produce an analysis result including a restoration method of the elevator equipment expected from the failure information; and a portable terminal device which receives the analysis result from the server and displays it. The portable terminal device has communication means, display means, and voice input means. The communication means requires the server to transmit the analysis result and receives the analysis result. The display means displays the analysis result received by the communication means and restoration support information including operating instruction information which instructs the handling of the elevator equipment and is referred when performing work for restoration of the elevator equipment. Voices for operating the communication means and the display means are input into the voice input means. 【課題】エレベータ設備の復旧作業を速やかに開始することができるエレベータ復旧支援システムを提供する。【解決手段】実施形態に係るエレベータ復旧支援システムは、エレベータ設備に設けられ、エレベータ設備の故障情報を送信する故障情報送信手段と、故障情報送信手段からエレベータ設備の故障情報を受信して解析し、故障情報から予測されるエレベータ設備の復旧方法を含む解析結果を作成するサーバと、サーバから解析結果を受信して表示する携帯端末装置とを備える。携帯端末装置は、通信手段と、表示手段と、音声入力手段とを有する。通信手段はサーバに解析結果を要求して当該解析結果を受信する。表示手段は通信手段により受信された解析結果と、エレベータ設備の復旧作業を行う際に参照され、エレベータ設備の取扱を説明する取扱説明情報を含む復旧支援情報とを表示する。音声入力手段は通信手段及び表示手段を動作させるための音声が入力される。【選択図】図１
