Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully inflate a vinyl bag by quickly taking in a lot of air, and to put the vinyl bag filled with air closely to the neck quickly without using hands regardless of thickness of the neck.SOLUTION: A hole 5 for putting a string through is prepared in two places in one opening 4 of a transparent vinyl bag 1, with the hem folded to stick the vinyl materials to each other. From the hole made in the folded space, a highly elastic rubber string 2 is put through, making a circuit of the bag, pulling out the rubber string 2 from the other hole, and attaching a cord stopper 3 thereto which is for adjusting the length of the rubber string. 【課題】ビニール袋に速やかに多量の空気を取り入れて大きく膨らませること、そして空気を十分に取り込んだビニール袋を首の太さに関係なく、いかに速やかに手を使わずに首に密着させるかを課題とした。【解決手段】透明のビニール袋１の一方の開口部４にひもを通すための穴５を２箇所あけ、その裾を折り返してビニールどうしを溶着させ、折り返した空間にあけた穴から伸縮性の高いゴムひも２を通し、袋を一周して、もう一箇所の穴からゴムひも２を出して、その長さを調整するためのコードストッパー３を取り付けた。【選択図】図４
