Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger and a heat exchanger manufacturing method capable of suppressing separation of adhesive and suppressing degradation in adhesiveness between a heat transfer tube and fins.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 1 includes: a heat transfer tube 10; a plurality of fins 11 attached to the heat transfer tube 10 from radially outward of the heat transfer tube 10, and each including a circular arc contact surface 17 in contact with an outer peripheral surface of the heat transfer tube 10; an adhesive 21 adhesively bonding the outer peripheral surface of the heat transfer tube 10 to the contact surfaces 17 of the respective fins 11; and a position restriction unit 22 provided between the adjacent fins 11 in a tube axial direction, and restricting a position of each fin 11 in the tube axial direction. 【課題】接着剤の剥離を抑制し、伝熱管とフィンとの密着性の低下を抑制することができる熱交換器及び熱交換器の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】熱交換器1は、伝熱管10と、伝熱管10の径方向外側から取り付けられ、伝熱管10の外周面に接触する円弧状の接触面17を有する複数のフィン11と、伝熱管10の外周面と各フィン11の接触面17とを接着する接着剤21と、管軸方向において隣接するフィン11同士の間に設けられ、各フィン11の管軸方向における位置を規制する位置規制部22と、を備える。【選択図】図4
