Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid operation of unnecessary emergency brake due to instant no-signal which may be generated during passing on a track circuit boundary.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 20 mounted on a train 10 performs travel control by using travel control information 40 received from a rail R, and when detecting a no-signal state in which the travel control information 40 is not received, the on-vehicle device 20 determines whether the no-signal is a stop signal of an absolute stop section where operation of an emergency brake is needed (absolute stop signal), or a stop signal when an emergency occurs (emergency stop signal), or an instant no-signal in an enter permission section where operation of the emergency brake is not needed (enter permission no-signal), on the basis of the travel control information 40 received. Then, when the no-signal is the absolute stop signal or the emergency stop signal, the emergency brake is operated for stopping the train like conventionally, and when the no-signal is the enter permission no-signal, the emergency brake is not operated.
【課題】軌道回路境界の通過時等に発生し得る瞬時無信号による不要な非常ブレーキを回避すること。【解決手段】列車10に搭載される車上装置20は、レールRから受信した走行制御情報40を用いた走行制御を行うが、走行制御情報40が受信されない無信号の状態を検出した場合、それまでに受信した走行制御情報40をもとに、この無信号が、非常ブレーキの動作が必要な絶対停止区間の停止信号(絶対停止信号)、或いは、緊急事態が生じた際の停止信号(緊急停止信号)であるか、非常ブレーキの動作が不必要な、進入許容区間における瞬時無信号(進入許容無信号)であるかを区別する。そして、絶対停止信号、或いは、緊急停止信号である場合には、従来と同様に、非常ブレーキを動作させて列車を停止させ、進入許容無信号である場合には、非常ブレーキを動作させない。【選択図】図1 |
