Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plasma torch in which a nozzle can be effectively cooled as far as a nozzle hole for plasma arc, and which has stable current carrying performance.SOLUTION: This plasma torch has a nozzle A and a touch body B. The nozzle has an inner nozzle 2 and an inner cap 3 fastened to the torch body together with the inner nozzle, and formed so that an annular passage 8 and a plurality of independent water passages 9 are formed between the inner nozzle 2 and the inner cap 3, and fastening force can be transferred through a partition 2f when the inner cap is fastened to a nozzle base 14. The torch body has a supply port 20 and a drain port 21, and either one of them is formed by a groove connected to a water passage and extended within a plane in a direction crossing the axis of the water passage. When the nozzle is fastened to the torch body, one of the independent water passages communicates with the supply port, another independent water passage communicates with the drain port, and a rear end face 2h of the inner nozzle abuts on an end face 14a of the nozzle base 14 for energization. 【課題】プラズマアークの噴射孔までノズル効果的に冷却することができ、且つ安定した通電性能を有するプラズマトーチを提供することにある。【解決手段】プラズマトーチは、ノズルAとトーチ本体Bを有する。ノズルは、インナーノズル2と、該インナーノズルと共にトーチ本体に締結されるインナーキャップ3と、を有し、両者の間に環状通路8と複数の独立水路9が形成され、且つインナーキャップがノズル台14に締結される際の締結力が仕切2fを介して伝達し得るように構成される。トーチ本体は、供給口20と排水口21を有し、何れか一方を水路と接続され軸心に対して交叉する方向の面内に延長された溝によって構成する。ノズルをトーチ本体に締結したとき、何れかの独立水路と供給口、及び何れかの独立水路と排水口とが連通し、且つインナーノズルの後端面2hがノズル台14の端面14aに当接して通電する。【選択図】 図1
