Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a reduction in size and cost of a device and suppress the occurrence of image defects.SOLUTION: A developing device includes: a developing roller 3 that carries a toner 5 to be supplied to a photoreceptor drum 1 on the surface, and has first dielectric parts 31 and second dielectric parts 32 scattered on the surface; a developing blade 4 that regulates the thickness of the toner carried on the developing roller 3; and a charging auxiliary sheet 7 that is provided on the downstream side of a developing unit and upstream side of a regulation unit in the direction of rotation of the developing roller 3 and in contact with the developing roller 3, and can charge the toner carried on the developing roller 3, where the charging auxiliary sheet 7 is located between the first dielectric parts 31 and the second dielectric parts 32 on the triboelectric series.
【課題】装置の小型化及び低コスト化を実現し、かつ画像不良の発生を抑制する。【解決手段】感光体ドラム1へ供給するためのトナー5を表面に担持する現像ローラ3であって、第一誘電体部31と第二誘電体部32がその表面に散在する現像ローラ3と、現像ローラ3に担持されるトナーの層厚を規制する現像ブレード4と、現像ローラ3の回転方向において、現像部よりも下流側であって規制部よりも上流側で現像ローラ3と当接して設けられ、現像ローラ3に担持されるトナーを帯電可能な帯電補助シート7と、を備え、帯電系列上において、帯電補助シート7が第一誘電体部31と第二誘電体部32の間に位置する。【選択図】図2 |
