Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus and a digital apparatus, used along with an imaging device in which an imaging surface is curved so as to more fall toward the object side toward a periphery of the imaging surface from the center of the imaging surface, which are capable of acquiring an image having a natural color tone though compact.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus including a solid state imaging device, imaging lenses for forming an image of an object on an imaging surface IM of the solid state imaging device, and a sub-optical element F arranged between the solid state imaging device and a closest-to-image lens among the imaging lenses, is such that the imaging lenses comprise three or more lenses, the imaging surface IM and at least part of the sub-optical element F are curved in such a way that the peripheral parts, as compared with the centers, fall toward the object side, and the sub-optical element F absorbs or reflects, or absorbs and reflects an incident infrared ray. 【課題】被撮像面が面中心から面周辺部に向かうにつれ物体側へ倒れるように湾曲している撮像素子とともに用いられ、コンパクトでありながら、自然な色調を持つ画像を取得できる撮像装置並びにデジタル機器を提供する。【解決手段】固体撮像素子と、固体撮像素子の撮像面IMに被写体像を結像させるための撮像レンズと、固体撮像素子と撮像レンズの最も像側のレンズとの間に配置された副光学素子Fとを有する撮像装置は、撮像レンズが3枚以上のレンズからなり、撮像面IM及び副光学素子Fの少なくとも一部は、中心に対し周辺部の方が物体側へ倒れるように湾曲しており、副光学素子Fは、入射した赤外線を吸収し、或いは反射し、もしくはその両方を行う。【選択図】図7
