PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing device, system, and program capable of supporting diagnosis.SOLUTION: A medical information processing device comprises a storage unit, an acquisition unit, a determination unit, and an output control unit. The storage unit stores symptom information representing a symptom and symptom motion information representing a motion of a subject having the symptom in an associated manner. The acquisition unit acquires motion information representing a motion of a subject. The determination unit compares the motion information with the symptom motion information to determine the symptom information of the subject. The output control unit outputs diagnosis support information for supporting diagnosis of the symptom on the basis of the symptom information of the subject. 【課題】診断を支援することができる医用情報処理装置、システム及びプログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】医用情報処理装置は、記憶部と、取得部と、判定部と、出力制御部とを備える。記憶部は、症状を表す症状情報と、症状を有する被検体の動作を表す症状動作情報とを対応付けて記憶する。取得部は、被検体の動作を表す動作情報を取得する。判定部は、前記動作情報と、前記症状動作情報とを比較することで、前記被検体の症状情報を判定する。出力制御部は、前記被検体の症状情報に基づいて、当該症状の診断を支援する診断支援情報を出力する。【選択図】図５
