Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that stably estimates path radiance even when a wavelength band having a large reflection in a water area is included in a wavelength band where an observation is conducted, and a plurality of objects different in a characteristic of observation light for each wavelength band is included in an observation object.SOLUTION: An imaging processing device comprises: an image storage unit 11 that stores a measurement image observed in a plurality of different wavelength bands in association with the wavelength band; a water area extraction unit 12 that extracts a water area part from the measurement image associated with a low reflection wavelength band; a first estimation unit 13 that estimates a value of path radiance in the low reflection wavelength band on the basis of a luminance value of pixels included in the extracted water area; an atmosphere characteristic information storage unit 14 that stores a characteristic value derived from a path radiance record value serving as a value of path radiance preliminarily obtained with respect to the plurality of wavelength bands; and a second estimation unit 15 that estimates a value of path radiance in the wavelength band on the basis of the estimated value of the path radiance and the characteristic value. 【課題】観測を行う波長帯域に水域の反射が大きい波長帯域が含まれ、波長帯域毎の観測光の特性が異なる複数の対象が観測対象に含まれる場合であっても、パスラジアンスを安定に推定する画像処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】異なる複数の波長帯域で観測された測定画像を、前記波長帯域に関連付けて記憶する画像記憶部11と、低反射波長帯域に関連付けられた前記測定画像から、水域部を抽出する水域抽出部12と、抽出された前記水域部に含まれる画素の輝度値に基づき、前記低反射波長帯域におけるパスラジアンスの値を推定する第1の推定部13と、前記複数の波長帯域に対してあらかじめ得られているパスラジアンスの値であるパスラジアンス記録値から導出された特性値を記憶する大気特性情報記憶部14と、推定された前記パスラジアンスの値と前記特性値に基づき、前記波長帯域におけるパスラジアンスの値を推定する第2の推定部15と、を備える。【選択図】図7
