Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical recording medium including a recording/reproducing layer having high transmissivity and low reflection rate.SOLUTION: An optical recording medium according to one embodiment of the invention comprises a guide layer 112, one or more recording films 130, a first optical adjustment film 131, a buffer layer 116, and a second optical adjustment film 132. The recording film 130 is composed of an organic pigment material. The first optical adjustment film 131 has a refractive index of 1.5 or more and 2.45 or less and an extinction coefficient of 0 or more and 0.03 or less with respect to light of wavelength 405 nm, and a film thickness of 15 nm or more and 90 nm or less. The second optical adjustment film 132 has a refractive index of 1.4 or more and 2.2 or less and an extinction coefficient of 0 or more and 0.03 or less with respect to the light of wavelength 405 nm, and has a film thickness of 15 nm or more and 55 nm or less. 【課題】透過率が高く反射率が低い記録再生層を有する光記録媒体を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の一実施形態に係る光記録媒体は、ガイド層112と、1以上の記録膜130と、第1の光学調整膜131と、バッファ層116と、第2の光学調整膜132とを具備する。記録膜130は、有機色素材料で構成される。第1の光学調整膜131は、波長405nmの光に対して、屈折率が1.5以上2.45以下かつ消衰係数が0以上0.03以下であり、15nm以上90nm以下の膜厚を有する。第2の光学調整膜132は、波長405nmの光に対して、屈折率が1.4以上2.2以下かつ消衰係数が0以上0.03以下であり、15nm以上55nm以下の膜厚を有する。【選択図】図5
