Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air intake sound reduction device which can suppress the lowering of an air intake amount while suppressing the deterioration of a rectification function by suppressing deformation of a rectification net part, even if the rectification net part is constituted of an elastic body.SOLUTION: An air intake sound reduction device 100 which is arranged at the downstream side of a throttle valve in an air intake pipe, and formed of an elastic body, comprises: an annular gasket part 120 which seals a clearance between an end face of one pipe out of two pipes constituting the air intake pipe and an end face of the another pipe; and a rectification net part 110 which is integrally arranged at the inside of the gasket part 120, constituted of linear parts 111, 112 which are arranged in a net shape, and reduces an air intake sound by rectifying a flow of air. In the linear parts 111, 112, when widths are denoted by W, and depths are denoted by T, T/W is set to be not smaller than two and not larger than five.
【課題】整流ネット部を弾性体により構成しても、整流ネット部の変形を抑制することにより整流機能の低下を抑制しつつ、吸気量の低下を抑制可能な吸気音低減装置を提供する。【解決手段】吸気管を構成する2つの管のうち一方の管の端面と他方の管の端面との間の隙間を封止する環状のガスケット部120と、ガスケット部120の内側に一体に設けられ、かつ網目状に設けられた線状部111,112により構成され、空気の流れを整流することで吸気音を低減させる整流ネット部110と、を備え、吸気管内においてスロットルバルブの下流側に配置されて吸気音を低減させる弾性体製の吸気音低減装置100であって、線状部111,112は、幅をWとし、奥行きをTとした場合に、T?Wが2倍以上5倍以下に設定されていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
