Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bellows pump capable of reducing vibration generated in switching from an intake stroke to a discharge stroke without significantly degrading pump performance.SOLUTION: A bellows pump 1 includes a driving device 6 constituted to supply a pressurized air to an air chamber 23 to make a movable body 5 movable so that a bellows 4 is contracted, and to discharge the air from the air chamber to make the movable body movable so that the bellows is expanded. The driving device has a release port 48 for releasing the air discharged from the air chamber to the external of a pump case 3, and an opening/closing valve 60 capable of opening and closing the release port. The opening/closing valve is constituted to close the release port by at least one of a self weight of a valve element and an energizing force of an energization member, and to open the release port according to fluctuation of an internal pressure of the air chamber by the expansion of the bellows to allow the bellows to expand in maximum.
【課題】ポンプ性能を大きく低下させることなく、吸入行程から吐出行程への切り替わりの際に発生する振動を低減できるペローズポンプの提供とする。【解決手段】ベローズポンプ1は、空気室23に加圧空気を供給して、ベローズ4が収縮するように可動体5を可動させ、かつ、前記空気室から空気を排出させて、前記ベローズが伸長するように前記可動体を可動させ得るように構成された駆動装置6を備えている。前記駆動装置は、前記空気室から排出された空気をポンプケース3の外部へ放出するための放出口48と、前記放出口を開閉可能な開閉弁60とを有している。前記開閉弁は、弁体の自重および付勢部材の付勢力の少なくとも一方により前記放出口を閉じていて、前記ベローズが最大に伸長することを許容すべく前記ベローズの伸長による前記空気室の内部圧力の変動に応じて前記放出口を開き得るように構成されている。【選択図】図1 |
