Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-friction coating film usable even at a high temperature at which molybdenum disulfide cannot be used.SOLUTION: A coating film 10 is formed by using a PVD method. The coating film 10 includes a metal nitride layer 11 formed on the surface of a base metal, a titanium carbonitride layer 12 laminated thereon, and a titanium carbide layer 13 laminated thereon and exposed to the surface. The hardness of the titanium carbide layer 13 is 15 GPa or less.
【課題】二硫化モリブデンが使用できない高温でも使用できる低摩擦なコーティング膜を提供する。【解決手段】PVD法を用いて形成されるコーティング膜10である。コーティング膜10は、母材の表面に形成される金属窒化層11と、その上に積層される炭窒化チタン層12と、その上に積層され、表面に露出する炭化チタン層13とを含む。炭化チタン層13の硬度が、15GPa以下である。【選択図】図1 |
