Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning control device for a vehicle that enables sufficient recovery of deceleration energy of the vehicle for cold storage in a cooling heat exchanger and thus enables improvement of saving of fuel consumption for practical use by suppressing driving of a compressor by an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: The air-conditioning control device for a vehicle constituted by a variable capacity type compressor 11 driven by an engine 1 to compress a refrigerant and a cold storage agent-containing evaporator 6 having a cold storage agent for storing heat of the refrigerant includes: regenerative mode determination means for determining whether or not driving of the compressor 11 is allowed with the use of deceleration regenerative energy of a vehicle V; and a control device 5 for controlling discharge capacity of the variable capacity type compressor 11 in accordance with the determination of the regenerative mode determination means. When the regenerative mode determination means determines that driving of the compressor 11 is allowed, the control device 5 performs cold storage in the cold storage agent-containing evaporator 6 by using the refrigerant compressed by the variable capacity type compressor 11. 【課題】車両の減速エネルギーを十分に回収して、冷却用熱交換器に蓄冷することで、内燃機関による圧縮機の駆動を抑制して、実用省燃費の向上を図る車両用空調制御装置の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】エンジン1に駆動されて冷媒を圧縮する可変容量型圧縮機11と、冷媒の熱を蓄える蓄冷剤を備えた蓄冷剤付エバポレータ6を有して構成された車両用空調制御装置であって、車両Vの減速回生エネルギーで圧縮機11の駆動可否を判定する回生モード判定手段と、回生モード判定手段に基づいて可変容量型圧縮機11の吐出容量を制御する制御装置5と、を備え、制御装置5は、回生モード判定手段が圧縮機11の駆動を可と判定した時に、可変容量型圧縮機11が圧縮した冷媒で蓄冷剤付エバポレータ6に蓄冷することを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
