Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED luminaire which can be mounted on a ceiling surface directly, and which improves luminous efficiency of an LED element and radiates light uniformly by securing a sufficient heat radiation effect while reducing trouble and cost of production with a simple structure.SOLUTION: An LED luminaire 100 includes: a fixture body 1 mounted on a surface to be mounted; and a light emitting unit 2 mounted on the fixture body 1. The light emitting unit 2 has a heat sink 23 in which an LED substrate 24 on which a plurality of LED elements 26 are mounted and a power supply circuit 28 for lighting these LED elements 26 are disposed. On the heat sink 23, a groove part 23d for inserting a screw 29 for fixing the LED substrate 24 to the heat sink 23 is provided. The power supply circuit 28 is provided at the heat sink 23 with space between itself and the heat sink 23.
【課題】 天井面に直接取付けることができ、簡易な構造で製造の手間とコストを低減しつつ、充分な放熱効果を確保して、LED素子の発光効率を向上させ、光を均一に照射する。【解決手段】 LED照明装置100は、被取付面に取り付けられる器具本体1と、この器具本体1に装着される発光ユニット2とを備えている。発光ユニット2は、複数のLED素子26が実装されたLED基板24と、これらのLED素子26を点灯させる電源回路28とを配設した放熱板23を有する。この放熱板23には、LED基板24を放熱板23に固定するためのネジ29を挿入する溝部23dが設けられている。電源回路28は、放熱板23との間に空間を設けて、放熱板23に配設されている。【選択図】 図3 |
