Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components and to prevent wrong assembly by sharing a displacement prevention member among headers of various plane sizes, in an outdoor unit of an air conditioning device of a constitution in which an outdoor heat exchanger composed of an all-aluminum heat exchanger having a header extended in the vertical direction, and made of aluminum or aluminum alloy, is disposed in a casing.SOLUTION: Displacement prevention members (70, 80) are provided with positioning portions (71, 73) for positioning lower end portions of headers (233, 234) having a first plane size, on a bottom frame (52). The displacement prevention members (70, 80) are further provided with positioning portions (72, 74) for positioning lower end portions of the headers (233, 234) having a second plane size smaller than the first plane size, on the bottom frame (52), in a state of protruding from the positioning portions (71, 73) to an outer side in a plane view of the bottom frame (52).
【課題】上下方向に延びるアルミニウム製またはアルミニウム合金製のヘッダを有するオールアルミ熱交換器からなる室外熱交換器がケーシングに設けられた構成の空気調和装置の室外ユニットにおいて、位置ずれ防止部材を平面サイズが異なるヘッダで共用できるようにして、部品点数の削減や誤組みの防止を図る。【解決手段】位置ずれ防止部材(70、80)には、第1の平面サイズを有するヘッダ(233、234)の下端部を底フレーム(52)上に位置決めする位置決め部(71、73)が形成されている。しかも、位置ずれ防止部材(70、80)には、第1の平面サイズよりも小さい第2の平面サイズを有するヘッダ(233、234)の下端部を底フレーム(52)上に位置決めする位置決め部(72、74)が、底フレーム(52)の平面視において、位置決め部(71、73)から外側にはみ出した状態で形成されている。【選択図】図8 |
