Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control device and an elevator control method that efficiently perform energy-saving control of an elevator according to power consumption of the whole building.SOLUTION: An elevator control device according to an embodiment includes a measurement value acquirer, an average power consumption calculator, and an operation controller. The measurement value acquirer acquires, at predetermined intervals, a measurement value of power consumption of the whole building where an elevator is installed. The average power consumption calculator calculates, at predetermined intervals, an average power consumption per unit time from the measurement value of power consumption of the whole building. The operation controller moves an elevator car to a predetermined floor and stops the elevator if the calculated average power consumption exceeds a predefined first threshold, and then releases the stop of the elevator and starts a normal operation of the elevator if the average power consumption becomes below a second threshold that is lower than the first threshold.
【課題】 建物全体の消費電力量に応じて、効率よくエレベータの省エネ制御を行うエレベータ制御装置およびエレベータ制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】 実施形態によればエレベータ制御装置は、計測値取得部と、平均消費電力量算出部と、運転制御部とを備える。計測値取得部は、エレベータが設置された建物全体の消費電力計測値を、所定時間間隔で取得する。平均消費電力量算出部は、所定期間の建物全体の消費電力計測値から、単位時間当たりの平均消費電力量を所定時間間隔で算出する。運転制御部は、算出された平均消費電力量が予め設定された第1閾値を上回ったときには、エレベータの乗りかごを予め設定された階床に移動させてエレベータを休止させ、エレベータを休止させた後、平均消費電力量が第1閾値よりも低い第2閾値を下回ったときには、エレベータの休止状態を解除して通常運転も戻す。【選択図】図1 |
