PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which provides a user establishing a telephone call with information through WEB.SOLUTION: In a telephone system of the invention, a user terminal making a call with a center device comprises: information browsing control means for acquiring address information by inquiring the center device of the address information of contents, when the user terminal detects a disconnection state of voice communication means for performing voice communication with the center device; and information browsing means for displaying the contents based on the address information. The center device comprises: address information storage means for storing, on a user-by-user basis, the address information of the contents to be provided for a user according to contents of the call made between voice communication means at the center side and the user terminal; and address information management control means for retrieving the address information of the contents to be provided for the user from the address information storage means and giving the retrieved address information to the information browsing control means, when an inquiry is received from the information browsing control means. 【課題】通話を確立しているユーザにＷＥＢを介した情報を提供するシステムを提供する。【解決手段】本発明の電話システムは、センタ装置と通話するユーザ端末が、センタ装置との間で音声通信を行う音声通信手段の切断状態を検知すると、センタ装置に対して、コンテンツのアドレス情報の問合せを行い、アドレス情報を取得する情報閲覧制御手段と、そのアドレス情報に基づいてコンテンツを表示する情報閲覧手段とを有する。また、センタ装置が、センタ側音声通信手段とユーザ端末との間で進めた通話内容に応じて、ユーザに提供すべきコンテンツのアドレス情報をユーザ毎に記憶するアドレス情報記憶手段と、情報閲覧制御手段から問合せを受けると、アドレス情報記憶手段からユーザに提供すべきコンテンツのアドレス情報を検索し、その検索したアドレス情報を情報閲覧制御手段に与えるアドレス情報管理制御手段とを有する。【選択図】 図１
