Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna member having a coplanar waveguide for vehicle-to-vehicle radio communication.SOLUTION: An antenna member 100 includes a substrate 110, a first conductor 120 and a second conductor 130. The substrate at least includes a first lateral direction surface. The first conductor is disposed on the first lateral direction surface, and includes a feeder line unit 121 and a monopole unit 122. The second conductor is disposed at least partially on the same first lateral direction surface, and includes: two ground planes 131, 132 disposed on the first lateral direction surface in a manner adjacent to the feeder line unit of the first conductor on both sides of the feeder line unit; and two stubs 133, 134 respectively disposed on both sides of the two ground planes on the first lateral direction surface, and extending in a direction parallel to the feeder line unit of the first conductor.
