Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly determine whether a mobile station UE can perform different frequency measurement without gap in CA (Carrier Aggregation) using three or more frequency bands.SOLUTION: A mobile station UE comprises a transmission unit 11 which is configured to transmit UE Capability information indicating capability of the mobile station UE to a radio base station eNB. The transmission unit 11 is configured to notify of the radio base station eNB frequency bands for which it is possible to perform different frequency measurement without gap for each CA band combination, as the UE capability information. 【課題】３つ以上の周波数バンドを用いて行われるＣＡにおいて、移動局ＵＥがギャップ無しで異周波測定を行うことができるか否かについて適切に判断する。【解決手段】本発明に係る移動局ＵＥは、無線基地局ｅＮＢに対して、移動局ＵＥの能力を示す「ＵＥ Ｃａｐａｂｉｌｉｔｙ」を送信するように構成されている送信部１１を具備しており、送信部１１は、「ＵＥ Ｃａｐａｂｉｌｉｔｙ」として、「ＣＡ ｂａｎｄ ｃｏｍｂｉｎａｔｉｏｎ」ごとに、ギャップ無しで異周波測定が可能な周波数バンドを通知するように構成されている。【選択図】図３
