Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservoir tank which is attached to a radiator for cooling engine cooling water, for suppressing the occurrence of bubbles in the reservoir tank, since there is such a conventional problem that the bubbles easily occur resulting in degradation of cooling performance.SOLUTION: In the reservoir tank, a cylindrical gas-liquid separation chamber 11 is provided in the bottom of which an inflow port 16 and an outflow port 17 are arranged in vertically the same height position. Thus, cooling liquid flowing thereinto is free from drops on the liquid surface, therefore suppressing the occurrence of bubbles V. Additionally, with the generation of a swirl flow, the bubbles V are gathered on the center of the liquid surface and separated from one another. The gathered bubbles V disappear.
【課題】エンジンの冷却水を冷却するラジエタに付設されるリザーバタンクにおいて、従来気泡が発生しやす問題があった。気泡は、冷却性能の低下の原因になる。本発明は、リザーバタンク内における気泡の発生を抑制することを目的とする。【解決手段】円筒形の気液分離室11を設けて、その底部に流入口16と流出口17を鉛直方向同じ高さ位置に配置する。これにより、流入した冷却液が液面に滴下することがなくなるので気泡Vの発生を抑制することができる。また、旋回流の発生により気泡Vが液面中心に集められて分離される。集められた気泡Vは消滅する。【選択図】図5 |
