Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential oscillator that oscillates at a desired frequency.SOLUTION: The differential oscillator includes: a resonator having at least a first resonance mode and a second resonance mode; a differential amplification circuit for causing the resonator to oscillate; and a filter disposed in parallel with the resonator and the differential amplification circuit, and having a lower impedance at one of a first resonance frequency of the first resonance mode and a second resonance frequency of the second resonance mode than at the other frequency. There is a negative resistance at the one of the first resonance frequency and the second resonance frequency at which the filter has the higher impedance, and there is no negative resistance at the frequency at which the filter has the lower impedance.
【課題】所望の周波数で差動発振器を発振させる。【解決手段】少なくとも第1共振モードと第2共振モードとを有する共振器と、当該共振器を発振させる差動増幅回路と、前記共振器及び前記差動増幅回路と並列に設けられており、第1共振モードの第1共振周波数及び第2共振モードの第2共振周波数のいずれか一方の周波数におけるインピーダンスが、他方の周波数におけるインピーダンスよりも小さいフィルタと、を備え、上記の第1共振周波数及び第2共振周波数のうち、前記フィルタのインピーダンスがより大きい周波数において負性抵抗を有し、前記フィルタのインピーダンスがより小さい周波数において負性抵抗を有しない。【選択図】図1 |
