Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device which can enhance the welding quality of weld parts between terminals and bus bars, and can prevent a short circuit between and among a plurality of the terminals.SOLUTION: In a control device, a plurality of terminals 11 protruding from a control part 10 and a plurality of bus bars 21 exposed from wiring members for loading the control part 10 are weld-joined to each other. Bulkheads 30 arranged between the plurality of the terminals 11 have notched grooves 33 in vicinities of weld parts 13 between the terminals 11 and the bus bars 21. Insulation bodies 40 which are covered on the weld parts 13 between the terminals 11 and the bus bars 21, and block a plurality of the notched grooves 33 prevent the intrusion of foreign matters into spaces which are partitioned by the bulkheads 30, and in which the terminals 11 are placed from the notched grooves 33. Since the notched grooves 33 are formed at the bulkheads 30, when the terminals 11 and the bus bars 21 are laser-welded, the generation of fume from the bulkheads 30 caused by the reflection of laser light can be prevented. 【課題】ターミナルとバスバーとの溶接部の溶接品質を高めるとともに、複数のターミナル同士の短絡を防ぐことの可能な制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】制御装置は、制御部10から突出する複数のターミナル11と、制御部10を載置する配線部材から露出した複数のバスバー21とが溶接接合される。複数のターミナル11の間に設けられた隔壁30は、ターミナル11とバスバー21との溶接部13の近傍に切欠溝33を有する。ターミナル11とバスバー21との溶接部13に被さると共に複数の切欠溝33を塞ぐ絶縁体40は、隔壁30により仕切られたターミナル11の設置される空間に切欠溝33から異物が入り込むことを防ぐ。隔壁30に切欠溝33を設けたことにより、ターミナル11とバスバー21とをレーザ溶接する際、レーザ光の反射により隔壁30からヒュームが生じることが防がれる。【選択図】図5
