Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a scaffold in a boiler capable of drastically shortening construction period of a scaffold in a boiler.SOLUTION: In a construction method of a scaffold in a boiler for constructing an inner boiler scaffold in a boiler main body 1 in a boiler in which a water tube nose part 2 is formed, a suspended elevation operation floor 7 is constructed on a lower operation floor 4 constructed on an upper part of a boiler hopper 3, then with a jack device 6, the suspended elevation operation floor 7 is elevated to just below the water tube nose part 2, in addition, a lower scaffold 5 is constructed between the lower operation floor 4 and the suspended elevation operation floor 7 elevated to just below the water tube nose part 2, and simultaneously with the construction of the lower scaffold 5, an upper scaffold 8 is constructed above the suspended elevation operation floor 7. The lower scaffold 5 is constructed with an elevating device comprising a must 11 with a rack, a pinions meshing with the rack and driving means rotating the pinion.
【課題】ボイラ内足場の工期を大幅に短縮することができる、ボイラ内足場の構築方法を提供する。【解決手段】水管ノーズ部2が形成された、ボイラのボイラ本体1内にボイラ内足場を構築する、ボイラ内足場の構築方法において、ボイラホッパ3の上部に構築された下部作業床4上に吊り下げ式昇降作業床7を構築し、次いで、ジャッキ装置6により吊り下げ式昇降作業床7を水管ノーズ2部の直下まで上昇させ、そして、下部作業床4と水管ノーズ部2の直下まで上昇させた吊り下げ式昇降作業床7との間に下部足場5を構築し、下部足場5の構築と同時に、吊り下げ式昇降作業床7上に上部足場8を構築し、下部足場5は、ラック付きマスト11と、前記ラックに噛み合うピニオンと、前記ピニオンを回転させる駆動手段とからなる昇降装置により構築する。【選択図】図1 |
