Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic polyolefin film that is excellent in antistatic properties and blocking resistance under a low humidity environment, and to provide an antistatic polyolefin film that can exhibit good antistatic properties under a low humidity environment when used to form a laminate film by bonding the antistatic polyolefin films via an adhesive.SOLUTION: The antistatic polyolefin film contains a fatty acid diethanolamide represented by formula (A) as an antistatic agent wherein the fatty acid diethanolamide represented by formula (A) is contained in an amount of 0.1 to 1.0 mass% based on the total amount of the polyolefin film. The antistatic polyolefin film shows a surface intrinsic resistivity of not more than 1×10 /sq. under the environment of 23°C and 20% RH and has excellent antistatic properties under a low humidity environment. (In the formula, Rrepresents a 15-17C alkyl group.) 【課題】低湿度環境下において帯電防止性且つ耐ブロッキング性に優れる帯電防止性ポリオレフィンフィルムを提供すること、さらに該帯電防止性ポリオレフィンフィルムを接着剤により貼りあわせてなるラミネートフィルムにおいても、低湿度環境下において良好な帯電防止性を発揮できる、帯電防止性ポリオレフィンフィルムを提供すること。【解決手段】式(A)で表される脂肪酸ジエタノールアミドを帯電防止剤として含有する帯電防止性ポリオレフィンフィルムであって、前記式(A)で表される脂肪酸ジエタノールアミドは、前記ポリオレフィンフィルムの総質量に対して0.1乃至1.0質量%の量で含有されてなり、23℃、20%RHの環境において1?1013 / 以下の表面固有抵抗率を示し、低湿度下でも帯電防止性に優れる帯電防止性ポリオレフィンフィルム。(式中、R1は炭素原子数15乃至17のアルキル基を表す。)【選択図】なし
