Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electrolytic solution for achievement of a lithium primary battery which can be stored for a long time even if the lithium primary battery has reached an end stage of discharge.SOLUTION: A nonaqueous organic electrolytic solution 20 for a lithium primary battery 1 which uses a positive electrode active material 3 consisting of a manganese dioxide and a negative electrode active material 4 consisting of lithium metal or a lithium alloy comprises: LiCFSOas a supporting electrolyte; and LiB(CO)added thereto. Preferably, the LiB(CO)is added so that the concentration of the LiB(CO)is 0.1 mol/l or more in the nonaqueous organic electrolytic solution. The nonaqueous organic electrolytic solution may be arranged so that the LiB(CO)is added at a concentration of 0.5 mol/l or less. 【課題】放電末期の状態でも長期に亘って保存が可能なリチウム一次電池を達成するための有機電解液を提供する。【解決手段】二酸化マンガンを正極活物質3とし、リチウム金属またはリチウム合金を負極活物質4としたリチウム一次電池1用の非水系有機電解液20であって、支持塩としてLiCF3SO3が含まれているとともに、LiB(C2O4)2が添加されていることを特徴とする非水系有機電解液としている。好ましくは、LiB(C2O4)2が0.1mol/l以上の濃度で添加されている非水系有機電解液とすることである。LiB(C2O4)2が0.5mol/l以下の濃度で添加されている非水系有機電解液としてもよい。【選択図】 図1
