Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable fixation structure improved so as to solve the problem of conventional cable parallel fixing methods that they tend to be unsuitable for formation of fixation parts only in a part in the length direction, achieve only insufficient strength, if possible, and often be undesirable in use in the vicinity of bent parts or branched parts.SOLUTION: A fusion layer is provided on a sheath of a cable, covered with a reinforcement member and fixed by fusion. The fusion is carried out in such a way that, while the reinforcement member and the fusion layer are fused together, fusion does not occur between fusion layers. The configuration reduces adverse effects of heat on a cable while providing appropriate fusion strength.
【課題】従来のケーブルの並列固定方法は、長さ方向の一部にだけ固定部を設けるのには不向きな方法が多く、固定できたとしても強度が不十分で、曲げ部や分岐部の近傍で使用するには好ましくないことも多い。これを改善したケーブル固定構造を提供する。【解決手段】ケーブルのシース上に融着層を設け、補強部材で覆って融着固定する。この時、補強部材と融着層とは融着するが、融着層間では融着が起こらないよう融着し、適切な融着強度を得つつ、熱によるケーブルへの悪影響も低減させる。【選択図】 図2 |
