Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation building capable of restraining a rise in the room temperature of an attic space closet, and capable of simply executing maintenance to a skylight, by discharging ventilation air of passing through the attic space closet from the skylight.SOLUTION: The ventilation building comprises a skylight 17, a blow-by part 15 and an attic space closet 13 capable of going in and out of a second floor part 12 via a lifting apparatus 18. The skylight 17 is provided in an inclined roof part 14b. A pitched ceiling habitable room part 20 communicating with the blow-by part 15 and having the pitched ceiling 19 is provided in the second floor part 12. The attic space closet 13 is formed in an attic space area, faces to the pitched ceiling habitable room part 20 via a ventilation partition wall 21 provided on the lower side in the inclined direction of the roof part 14b more than the skylight 17, flows to the second floor part 12 via the blow-by part 15 from a first floor part 11, reaches the pitched ceiling 19 from the pitched ceiling habitable room part 20, passes through the ventilation partition wall 21 by being guided by the pitched ceiling 19, and generates a flow of air exhausted from the skylight 17 via the attic space closet 13. 【課題】小屋裏納戸を通過する通風を天窓から排出させることで、小屋裏納戸の室温の上昇を抑制でき、且つ天窓に対するメンテナンスを簡便に行うことのできる通風建物を提供する。【解決手段】天窓17と、吹抜け部15と、2階部分12から昇降器具18を介して出入り可能な小屋裏納戸13とを備え、天窓17は、傾斜する屋根部14bに設けられおり、2階部分12には、吹抜け部15と連通して、勾配天井19を有する勾配天井居室部20が設けられ、小屋裏納戸13は、屋根裏領域に形成されており、天窓17よりも屋根部14bの傾斜方向下方側に設けた通風仕切り壁21を介して勾配天井居室部20に面し、1階部分11から吹抜け部15を経て2階部分12に流れ、勾配天井居室部20から勾配天井19に至り、勾配天井19により誘導されて通風仕切り壁21を通過し、小屋裏納戸13を経て天窓17から排気される空気の流れを生じさせる。【選択図】図1
