Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake-resistant partition device capable of coping with interlayer displacement, earthquake intensity and input acceleration of a new earthquake-resisting reference, in the partition device provided between a suspended ceiling structure and a floor surface constructed by the new earthquake- resisting reference or reinforced for earthquake resistance.SOLUTION: An earthquake-resistant partition device is formed by erecting a plurality of columns 5 between a top rail 3 installed in the earthquake-resistant suspended ceiling 1 and a ground rail 4 installed on a floor surface F, and installing a panel plate 7 between adjacent columns, and a column unit 6 having a column part 15 and a movable part 16 elastically energized in the side projection direction to the column part, is provided in a state of elastically bringing the movable part into pressure contact with a fixing part, instead of the column, in a position adjacent to the fixing part such as a structure wall surface W, a corner column and a door jamb, and slide means 9 is provided for allowing the movement to the direction along the ground rail of the column and the column part of the column unit. A frame of a rigid structure is constituted by connecting a part between the columns and between the column and the column part of the column unit by a reinforcement member 8. 【課題】新耐震基準で建築され、若しくは耐震補強された吊り天井構造体と床面間に設ける間仕切装置であって、新耐震基準の層間変位、震度、入力加速度に対応可能な耐震性間仕切装置を提供する。【解決手段】耐震性の吊り天井1に取付けた天レール3と床面Fに取付けた地レール4間に複数の支柱5を立設するともに、隣接する支柱間にパネル板7を取付けてなる耐震性間仕切装置であって、構造壁面W、コーナー支柱及びドア縦枠等の固定部に隣接する位置に、支柱の代わりに、支柱部15と支柱部に対して側方突出方向へ弾性付勢した可動部16とを備えた柱ユニット6を、固定部に可動部を弾性圧接した状態で設け、支柱と柱ユニットの支柱部の地レールに沿った方向への移動を許容するスライド手段9を設けた。支柱間及び支柱と柱ユニットの支柱部間を補強部材8で連結して剛性構造のフレームを構成する。【選択図】 図3
