Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for industrially manufacturing, in a high yield, a cyclic ether group-containing (meth)acrylate and to provide an active energy ray-curable three-dimensional contouring resin composition obtained by blending the cyclic ether group-containing (meth)acrylate.SOLUTION: A cyclic ether group-containing (meth)acrylate obtained by transesterifying, with a cyclic ether group-containing alcohol by using a basic catalyst, a norbornene derivative provided as a structure obtained by adding cyclopentadiene to a lower ester of (meth)acrylic acid and by vapor-phase-pyrolyzing, distilling, and purifying the obtained cyclic ether group-containing norbornene derivative is capable of providing an active energy-curable three-dimensional contouring resin composition.
【課題】環状エーテル基含有(メタ)アクリレートを高収率で工業的に製造する方法を提供すること、また、環状エーテル基含有(メタ)アクリレートを配合して得られる活性エネルギー線硬化型立体造形樹脂組成物を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】(メタ)アクリル酸の低級エステルにシクロペンタジエンが付加した構造体であるノルボルネン誘導体と環状エーテル基含有アルコールとを塩基性触媒を用いてエステル交換反応させ、得られた環状エーテル基含有ノルボルネン誘導体を気相熱分解、蒸留精製することで得られる環状エーテル基含有(メタ)アクリレートは活性エネルギー線硬化型立体造形樹脂組成物を提供することができる。【選択図】なし |
