Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which can be coated on glass or the like and has excellent moist heat resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a composition which comprises: (a) chain silica particles having an average primary particle diameter of 5 to 40 nm; (b) a hydrolysis condensate of organoalkoxysilane represented by the general formula (1), (R)Si(OR)(1) (wherein, Rrepresents hydrogen, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, an aryl group or a substitution product thereof; Rmay be the same or different and represents an alkyl group, an acyl group, aryl group or a substitution product thereof; and m represents an integer of 0 to 3); (c) a silane compound having a specific structure; and (d) a solvent, wherein the chain silica particles having an average primary particle diameter of 5 to 40 nm is contained in an amount of 50 wt% or more of a total solid content of the composition.
