Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a vehicle which can improve NV performance.SOLUTION: In a vehicle which uses an engine, a first rotating machine and a second rotating machine as drive force sources, a control device of the vehicle comprises: a power dividing mechanism which divides power between the drive force source and a drive shaft, or synthesizes it, and transmits it; and a gear change mechanism which gear-changes the output torque of the engine by controlling a transmission torque capacity of an engagement device which can continuously change the transmission torque capacity. In the control device, there is arranged differential rotation control means (step S6) which increases the number of revolutions of the engine by controlling the engagement state into a differential rotation state when the vehicle is made to travel backwardly by using an output of the engine. 【課題】NV性能を向上させることができる車両の制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】機関および第1回転機ならびに第2回転機を駆動力源とする車両であって、前記駆動力源と前記駆動軸との間で動力を分割もしくは合成して伝達する動力分割機構と、伝達トルク容量を連続的に変化させることが可能な係合装置の前記伝達トルク容量を制御することにより前記機関の出力トルクを変速する変速機構とを備えた車両の制御装置において、前記機関の出力を用いて前記車両を後進走行させる場合に、前記係合装置を差回転状態に制御して機関回転数を上昇させる差回転制御手段(ステップS6)を設けた。【選択図】図8
