Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to easily reflect a prediction error of orbital directions of two satellites in determining whether or not the satellites are in approaching directions when viewed from a ground-based station.SOLUTION: An information processing device acquires a first predicted position and a first speed of a first satellite A at a predetermined time from a first satellite ephemeris, and converts a prediction error of the first predicted position in an orbital direction of the first satellite into a first time error using the first speed. The information processing device acquires a second predicted position and a second speed of a second satellite B at the predetermined time from a second satellite ephemeris, and converts the prediction error of the second predicted position in the orbital direction of the second satellite into a second time error using the second speed. Also, the information processing device acquires the predicted positions anterior and posterior to the first time error from the first satellite ephemeris, and the predicted positions anterior and posterior to the second time error from the second satellite ephemeris. Then, the information processing device determines whether or not two satellites exist at the positions which generate radio wave interference using eye vectors obtained from the acquired predicted positions. 【課題】地上局から見て2衛星が近接方向にあるかの判定に、衛星の進行方向の予測誤差を簡便に反映させる手法を提供する。【解決手段】第1の衛星軌道暦から第1の衛星Aの所定時刻における第1の予測位置及び第1の速度を取得し、第1の速度を用いて第1の衛星の進行方向の第1の予測位置の予測誤差を第1の時刻誤差に換算する。第2の衛星軌道暦から第2の衛星Bの所定時刻における第2の予測位置及び第2の速度を取得し、第2の速度を用いて第2の衛星の進行方向の第2の予測位置の予測誤差を第2の時刻誤差に換算する。第1の時刻誤差分前及び後の予測位置を第1の衛星軌道暦から取得し、第2の時刻誤差分前及び後の予測位置を第2の衛星軌道暦から取得する。取得した予測位置から得られる視線ベクトルを用いて電波の干渉が生じ得る位置に2衛星が存在するか判定する。【選択図】図1
