Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which indium hydroxide powder is recovered with good efficiency and with high recovery rate.SOLUTION: In a method for producing indium hydroxide powder, following steps are performed as 1) obtaining an electrolyte slurry containing indium hydroxide powder deposited by electrolysis, 2) separating electrolyte with a rotary filter to obtain an electrolyte slurry having a concentration of 40% or more and 47% or less, 3) adding cleaning fluid to this electrolyte slurry to carry out repulp cleaning, 4) removing a part of the cleaning fluid from the cleaned slurry of after-repulp cleaning with a rotary filter, and 5) when spray drying the cleaned slurry of after-cleaning fluid-removal in a spray drier, spray drying a cleaned slurry whose concentration is adjusted to 30% or more and 45% or less.
【課題】効率良く、且つ高い回収率で水酸化インジウム粉を回収する。【解決手段】電解により析出した水酸化インジウム粉を含む電解スラリーを得て、ロータリーフィルタで電解液を分離して濃度が40%以上47%以下の電解スラリーを得て、その電解スラリーに洗浄液を加えてリパルプ洗浄を行い、リパルプ洗浄後の洗浄スラリーから洗浄液の一部をロータリーフィルタで脱水し、洗浄液脱水後の洗浄スラリーをスプレードライヤにて噴霧乾燥する際に、濃度が30%以上45%以下に調整された洗浄スラリーを噴霧乾燥する。【選択図】なし |
