Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide highly reliable, high quality thermoplastic recycled resin in a case of separating and sorting a target resin from waste materials in which a plurality of types of synthetic resins is mixed to recycle the target resin.SOLUTION: Provided is a thermoplastic recycled resin selected from among a polypropylene (PP) resin, a polystyrene (PS) resin, and an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS) resin that are separately collected from thermoplastic resin waste materials, in which a plurality of resins is mixed, by means of a material identification apparatus and that are mixed and formed, the thermoplastic recycled resin containing 90 wt% or more of the thermoplastic resin, as well as mixture resin containing two types of thermoplastic resins out of the PP resin, the PS resin, and the ABS resin except for the thermoplastic resin and a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, an average dispersion particle diameter of the mixture resin being set to not less than 100 nanometers and not more than 2000 nanometers, and the thermoplastic resin and the mixture resin constituting a sea-island structure. 【課題】複数種の合成樹脂が混在する廃材から対象樹脂を分別・選別して再資源化するに際し、信頼性が高く高品質な熱可塑性再生樹脂を提供する。【解決手段】複数の樹脂が混在した熱可塑性樹脂廃材から材料識別装置を用いて分別回収され、混練成形されたポリプロピレン(PP)樹脂およびポリスチレン(PS)樹脂およびアクリロニトリル-ブタジエン-スチレン共重合体(ABS)樹脂から選ばれる一の熱可塑性再生樹脂であって、前記熱可塑性樹脂が90重量%以上含有されると共に、その他に、PP樹脂、PS樹脂、ABS樹脂のうち前記熱可塑性樹脂を除く2種類の熱可塑性樹脂と、ポリ塩化ビニル(PVC)樹脂を含む混入樹脂を含有し、前記混入樹脂の平均分散粒子径を100ナノメートル以上2000ナノメートル以下に設定し、前記熱可塑性樹脂と前記混入樹脂が海島構造を構成している。【選択図】図3
