Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a contrast image with a high bubble tissue ratio.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a filter, a filter processing part and an addition and subtraction part. To the filter, a filter coefficient designed so as to minimize energy of a non-contrast composite signal composed by performing addition and subtraction according to any modulation method of an amplitude modulation method and an amplitude phase modulation method on a plurality of non-contrast reception signals as a plurality of reception signals of respective ultrasonic waves transmitted plural times with the same scan line on the basis of the modulation method under absence of a contrast medium is set. The filter processing part has the filter and filters at least one reception signal of the plurality of reception signals of the respective ultrasonic waves transmitted plural times with the same scan line according to the modulation method at the time of contrast radiography. The addition and subtraction part outputs the composite signal composed by performing the addition and subtraction according to the modulation method to the plurality of reception signals after filter processing. 【課題】バブル組織比の高い造影画像を生成すること。【解決手段】実施形態の超音波診断装置は、フィルタと、フィルタ処理部と、加減算部とを備える。フィルタは、造影剤非存在下において、振幅変調法又は振幅位相変調法のいずれかの変調法に基づいて同一走査線で複数回送信された超音波それぞれの複数の受信信号である複数の非造影受信信号を、前記変調法に応じた加減算により合成した非造影合成信号のエネルギーを最小化するように設計されたフィルタ係数が設定される。フィルタ処理部は、前記フィルタを有し、造影撮影時に、前記変調法に応じて同一走査線で複数回送信された超音波それぞれの複数の受信信号の少なくとも1つの受信信号に対して、前記フィルタをかける。加減算部は、前記フィルタ処理後の複数の受信信号を、前記変調法に応じた加減算により合成した合成信号を出力する。【選択図】図2
