Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell assembly capable of preventing gas leakage.SOLUTION: In a resin frame body 52, a recessed part 30 is formed from a lower end face to an upper end face, and a housing hole 32 is formed in a penetrating manner from a ceiling surface of the recessed part 30 toward the upper end face. In the recessed part 30, for instance, a cathode side electrode 12 and an electrolyte 14 are housed. In such a circumstance, an anode side electrode 16 is housed in the housing hole 32. A portion of the resin frame body 52 permeates a gas diffusion layer 28 which configures the anode side electrode 16 and is a porous body. Via the permeated site, the resin frame body 52 and the gas diffusion layer 28 (the anode side electrode 16) are integrally bonded. 【課題】ガス漏洩を防止し得る燃料電池用組立体の提供【解決手段】樹脂製枠体52に下端面から上端面に向かって凹部30が陥没形成されるとともに、該凹部30の天井面から前記上端面に向かって収容孔32が貫通形成される。凹部30には、例えば、カソード側電極12及び電解質膜14が収容され、この場合、収容孔32にはアノード側電極16が収容される。また、樹脂製枠体52の一部は、アノード側電極16を構成して多孔質体であるガス拡散層28に浸透している。この浸透した部位を介して、樹脂製枠体52とガス拡散層28(アノード側電極16)とが接合一体化される。【選択図】図1
