Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating coil unit which reliably and easily allows the reduction of time required for making the heating coil unit installable into an electromagnetic induction heating device, and a method of manufacturing the heating coil unit.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the heating coil unit includes a pre-attachment step of sticking a double-sided adhesive tape 12 to a core 3 and applying an adhesive 11 to a heating coil plate 2 and a pressing step of pressing the heating coil plate 2 and the core 3 so that the adhesive 11 and the double-sided adhesive tape 12 are interposed between the heating coil plate 2 and the core 3. In the pre-attachment step, the double-sided adhesive tape 12 is stuck to the core 3 while having a part separated from the core 3 in a height direction. In the pressing step, the double-sided adhesive tape 12 is brought into contact with the heating coil plate 2 and the core 3 before the adhesive 11 is brought into contact with them, and then the heating coil plate 2 and the core 3 are brought close to each other while bending the double-sided adhesive tape 12 between the heating coil plate 2 and the core 3, to bring the adhesive 11 into close contact with the heating coil plate 2 and the core 3. 【課題】電磁誘導加熱装置に組み込み可能な状態にするための時間をより確実にかつ容易に短縮することができる加熱コイルユニット及び加熱コイルユニットの製造方法を得る。【解決手段】加熱コイルユニットの製造方法は、コア3に両面粘着テープ12を貼り、加熱コイルプレート2に接着剤11を塗布する取付前工程と、加熱コイルプレート2とコア3との間に接着剤11及び両面粘着テープ12が介在するように加熱コイルプレート2及びコア3を押圧する押圧工程とを備えている。取付前工程では、一部をコア3から高さ方向へ離して両面粘着テープ12をコア3に貼る。押圧工程では、接着剤11よりも先に加熱コイルプレート2及びコア3に両面粘着テープ12を接触させた後、加熱コイルプレート2及びコア3間で両面粘着テープ12を曲げながら加熱コイルプレート2及びコア3を互いに近づけて接着剤11を加熱コイルプレート2及びコア3に密着させる。【選択図】図2
