Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for resolving a step between rails, capable of efficiently aligning the heights of connection parts of rails, and a rail cutting device.SOLUTION: A method for resolving a step at the boundary parts of two rails continuously laid in an extension direction includes: a replacing step of replacing an irregularly shaped splice plate, which connects the two rails with a step according to the shape difference of the two rails, with a stepless splice plate; a measurement step of measuring the shapes of the two rails in a state connected to the stepless splice plate; a calculation step of calculating a difference between the measured shapes; and a cutting step of performing cutting of a larger rail identified by the calculated difference in shape among the two rails at a rail laying site, according to the difference in shape from an end to which the rail is connected.
【課題】効率良くレール同士の連結部分の高さを揃えることが出来るレール間の段差解消方法及びレール切削装置を提供する。【解決手段】延在方向に連続して敷設された2本のレールの境界部分における段差解消方法であって、2本のレールの形状差に応じた段差を伴ってこれら2本のレールを連結する異形継ぎ目板を、段差のない継ぎ目板に交換する交換ステップと、段差のない継ぎ目板に連結された状態における2本のレールの形状をそれぞれ計測する計測ステップと、計測された形状の差を算出する算出ステップと、2本のレールのうち、算出された形状の差により同定される大きい方のレールに対し、レールの敷設現場で、レールの連結される端部から形状の差に応じた切削を行う切削ステップと、を含む。【選択図】図1 |
