Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide functional fiber yarn which is excellent in spinning operability, far-infrared radiation performance, heat generation performance and whiteness and suitable for production of woven knitted fabrics and a woven knitted fabric using the functional fiber yarn.SOLUTION: Yarn consists of a functional fiber containing a functional agent A and a functional agent B. The functional agent A is a white fine particle composed of stannic oxide doped with antimony oxide or a white fine particle composed of stannic oxide doped with antimony oxide and applied to an inorganic fine particle, and the functional agent B is a far-infrared radiating fine particle. A woven knitted fabric containing the functional fiber yarn is also provided.
