Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for treating TNFα-related disorders safely and effectively.SOLUTION: Provided is a multiple-variable dose method for treating TNFα-related disorders comprising the steps of: administering at least one inducing dose of a TNFα inhibitor to a subject in need to obtain the threshold level of the TNFα inhibitor during the induction phase; and administering at least one treatment dose of the TNFα inhibitor to the subject during the therapeutic phase. The TNFα inhibitor is preferably a human TNFα antibody or antigen-binding fragments thereof, etanercept or infliximab. According to the method, TNFα-related disorders including Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, psoriasis, autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, infections, graft rejection or graft versus host disease, malignant tumors, pulmonary diseases, intestine diseases, cardiac diseases, septicemia, spondyloarthropathy, metabolic disorders, anemia, pain, hepatic diseases, skin diseases, nail disorder and vasculitis can be safely and effectively treated. 【課題】TNFα関連障害を安全かつ有効に治療するための新規方法の提供。【解決手段】TNFα関連障害の治療方法であって、TNFα阻害剤の閾値レベルが誘導期内に得られるようにTNFα阻害剤の少なくとも1回の誘導投与量をそれを必要とする対象に投与する工程;及び、TNFα阻害剤の少なくとも1回の治療投与量を治療期内に前記対象に投与する工程を含む、TNFα関連障害の治療のための複数可変投与方法。前記TNFα阻害剤としては、ヒトTNFα抗体又はその抗原結合性フラグメント、エタネルセプト、インフリキシマブ等が好ましい。前記方法により、クローン病、潰瘍性大腸炎、乾癬、自己免疫疾患(リウマチ様関節炎等)、感染症、移植拒絶又は移植片対宿主疾患、悪性腫瘍、肺疾患、腸疾患、心疾患、敗血症、脊椎関節症、代謝障害、貧血、疼痛、肝疾患、皮膚疾患、爪の障害、血管炎等のTNFα関連障害を安全かつ有効に治療することができる。【選択図】なし
