PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide DOPC (chemical formula as follows) in a stable form with a long shelf life and good handling properties, which can be employed for the preparation of pharmaceutical formulations and can be carried out on an industrial scale.SOLUTION: Stable crystal modifications can be provided and regulated by crystallizing (R,S)-DOPC, (R)-DOPC and (S)-DOPC in one or more aprotic solvents. The crystallization can be carried out directly from the reaction solution without prior purification. 【課題】医薬製剤の調製に用いることができるように、長い保存寿命および良好な取扱特性を有し、工業規模で実施することができる安定した形態のＤＯＰＣ（下記化学式）を提供すること。【解決手段】（Ｒ，Ｓ）−ＤＯＰＣ、（Ｒ）−ＤＯＰＣおよび（Ｓ）−ＤＯＰＣを１種または複数の非プロトン性溶媒中で結晶化させることにより、安定した結晶修飾体を提供調整することが出来る。予め精製することなく、結晶化を反応溶液から直接実施することも出来る。【選択図】なし
