Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a green tea syrup containing pulverization tea leaves, which are insoluble solid contents, in a high concentration, is good in flavor and has long-term storage stability and dischargeability from a container.SOLUTION: A green tea syrup is obtained by adjusting the viscosity by using a pseudo-plastic thickener and fermentative cellulose and the pH to a specified range and has long-term stability at ordinary temperature and dischargeability from a container although containing insoluble solid contents in a high concentration.
【課題】不溶性固形分である微粉砕茶葉を高濃度に含む香味がよい緑茶シロップで、長期間に渡る保存安定性と容器からの排出性を有する緑茶シロップを提供すること。【解決手段】 擬塑性増粘剤と発酵セルロースを用いて粘度を調整し、pHを特定の範囲に調整すれば、不溶性固形分を高濃度に含有するにもかかわらず、常温での長期安定性と容器からの排出性を有する緑茶シロップが得られる。【選択図】なし |
