Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power control apparatus capable of preventing power from a power system from exceeding contracted power by arbitrating charging and V2H by combining a quick charging device including a V2H function and a normal charging device.SOLUTION: In the case where a current from a power system 6 detected by a current detector is less than a first current, a control part 10 starts control that causes a battery charger/discharger 30 of a V2H device 2 to convert AC power into DC power and in the case where the current from the power system 6 is equal to or more than a second current that is more than the first current, the control part 10 starts control that causes the battery charger/discharger 30 to convert DC power into AC power. In the case where the current from the power system 6 is equal to or more than a third current that is more than the first current and less than the second current, a magnitude of a DC current to be supplied to an EV 51 by the battery charger/discharger 30 of the V2H device 2 and a magnitude of an AC current that can be supplied, reported to EV 52 and 52 by normal charging devices 4 and 4, respectively, are reduced. 【課題】V2H機能を有する急速充電装置と普通充電装置とを組み合わせて充電とV2Hとを調停することにより、電力系統からの電力が契約電力を越えないようにすることが可能な電力制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】制御部10は、電流検出器で検出された電力系統6からの電流が第1電流より少ない場合、V2H装置2の充放電器30に交流電力を直流電力に変換させる制御を開始し、電力系統6からの電流が第1電流より多い第2電流以上の場合、充放電器30に直流電力を交流電力に変換させる制御を開始する。また、電力系統6からの電流が第1電流より多く且つ第2電流より少ない第3電流以上の場合、V2H装置2の充放電器30によってEV51に送給する直流電流の大きさと、普通充電装置4,4夫々によってEV52,52に通知する送給可能な交流電流の大きさとを低減する。【選択図】図1
