Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a belt member that satisfies mechanical characteristics, electrical characteristics, fire retardancy, and surface smoothness necessary as a transfer belt, and resistance controllability and molding stability necessary at the time of extrusion molding; an image forming apparatus; and a manufacturing method of a belt member.SOLUTION: There is provided a belt member comprising an incompatible polymer alloy composed of at least one crystalline resin of PPS, PEEK, and PVDF, and at least one amorphous resin of PES, PC, PPE, and PSF, and PAR, where a weight ratio between the crystalline resin and amorphous resin is 70:30 to 95:5; carbon is unevenly distributed only in a continuous phase as a first conductive agent; at least one of ZnO particles, SnOparticles, Sb-doped SnOparticles, In-doped SnOparticles, P-doped SnOparticles, and oxide particles coated with any of these particles, is present only in the continuous phase as a second conductive agent; and a fire retardancy is VTM-0 under conditions of a thickness of 50 to 150 μm according to the UL 94 standard.
【課題】転写ベルトとして必要な機械特性、電気特性、難燃性及び表面平滑性と、押出成形時に必要な抵抗制御性及び成型安定性とを満たしたベルト部材、画像形成装置並びにベルト部材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ベルト部材において、PPS、PEEK及びPVDFの少なくとも1つの結晶性樹脂と、PES、PC、PPE及びPSF、PARの少なくとも1つの非晶性樹脂とからなる非相溶系のポリマーアロイで構成され、結晶性樹脂と非晶性樹脂の重量比率が70:30〜95:5であり、第一の導電剤であるカーボンが連続相にのみ偏在し、ZnO粒子、SnO2粒子、SbドープSnO2粒子、InドープSnO2粒子、PドープSnO2粒子及びこれら粒子のうちの何れかに被覆された酸化物粒子の少なくとも1つの第二の導電剤も連続相にのみ存在し、UL94規格で厚み50〜150[μm]の条件でVTM−0の難燃性である。【選択図】図1 |
